The services provided by S. Friedman Associates are tailored to each organization's objectives. Having worked with nonprofits of various sizes and structures, we know the value of fitting services and strategies to resources when addressing goals.
S. Friedman Associates can serve as your virtual development department, as a consultant addressing particular issues, or as fundraising counsel on an “as needed” basis.
In working as your virtual development department, S. Friedman Associates will provide senior level services on a contractual basis for a specified number of hours over a period of three, six or twelve months. Organizations often retain S. Friedman Associates for a range of services on an interim, temporary, and annual basis.
When a particular service is required, such as a feasibility study or fundraising plan, S. Friedman Associates can be retained to complete a scope of work for a set fee. Or if you're at a point with fundraising initiatives where you'd like expert input on how to proceed, we can help with projects of this nature.
